The flat is spacious, well furnished, comes with central heating and is equipped up to a 4 star rating.
The large comfortable lounge, complete with grandfather clock, has TV with Sky Freeview and a DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen/diner has a microwave, fridge/freezer, built-in oven, washing machine and dish washer. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has a shower and a shaver point. The twin bedroom has matching old pine beds and the double bedroom has a king size bed.
Bed linen, towels, hair dryer and tea towels are all provided.
Power is provided with a key meter.
